JBCEA try to make the sustainable model for School Meal Project with local people's participation in Bangladesh. Our menu using Soybean is to increase nutrients value. We have conducted the SMP in 4 public schools in Sharsha, Jessore.

We start SMP with a bigger part of support, and gradually decrease its percentage and accomplish 100% self-support by local people in 4 years.

The purpose of this project is that hot school meal is provided at all the primary schools in Bangladesh by local people and government of Bangladesh. It is our great pleasure to have your kind understanding and any support to continue the SMP in the future.

In the rural Bangladesh, many children can't grow enough bevause of malnutrition. JBCEA challenges to solve the problem by School Meal Project in government primary school from 2010. This January, we've just started providing Jadunathpur government primary school in Sharsha Jessore. At the present stage, we support to provide the ingredients and cooks for the meals. However, this project aims sustainable operation by loval people. In the near future, the loval people will produce meals by themselves. This year, parents give 2kg of rice every month, the vice-principal of the school challenges to grow soybeans in his garden, and the students try to grow ingredients in the school garden.

We are looking for supporters who can donate School Meal Project in Bangladesh.
